The range covers all the main stages of profile processing. Cutting machines — available in double head and single head configurations — cut profiles to size, with manual, electropneumatic and CNC versions. Cutting centers automate the complete cutting cycle without operator intervention, while CNC machining centers handle milling and drilling on multiple sides of the profile without repositioning.
End milling machines prepare the profile ends at 45° and 90° with a high-quality finish, and copy routers and drilling machines produce recesses and template-based drilling for window hardware. The range is completed by assembly benches for door and window assembly, crimping machines for mechanical corner closing, bending machines for arched profile bending, dust collectors for chips and dust, and a complete range of tools — cutters, circular blades and cutter assemblies — for every material and type of operation.
