Why a dedicated assembly bench matters

The assembly stage is when all the machined components come together: frames cut to size, corner brackets, gaskets, hardware. A bench designed for this purpose allows positioning the frame stably, applying pressure on the corners, inserting moving sashes and adjusting hinges while working safely with correct ergonomics. Generic or improvised benches slow down the cycle and increase the risk of scratches and cosmetic defects on the finished product.

Choosing the right bench

With pneumatic tilting

The Coso 90 features a pneumatically tiltable top up to 85°, allowing the assembled window to be tilted for inserting moving sashes onto the fixed frame quickly and safely. Maximum load 200 kg, extension up to 4 m, includes tool tray and air treatment unit for pneumatic drills and screwdrivers.

Extendable without tilting

The Coso offers the same extendable structure in width and length with scratch-resistant surface, but without the tilting system. Suitable for workshops mainly assembling fixed frames or small windows where tilting is not needed.
