A cutting machine requires the operator to manually position the profile at each cut. A cutting center automates the entire cycle: the profile is loaded, the system positions it at the programmed measurement, performs the cut and unloads the piece. The operator only handles bar loading and finished piece collection. This difference is decisive when cutting dozens or hundreds of identical pieces, or when working from an optimized cutting list to reduce waste.

The Squadra 450 / Squadra 500 is an automatic cutting center with Ø450 or Ø500 mm circular blade, designed for straight 90° cuts on window accessories, profiles and tubes. The unattended continuous cycle makes it ideal for serial production of crossbars, uprights and fixed-length accessories.
Multi-angle cutting 4.0
The Futura 500 is an automatic cutting center with Ø500 mm blade that performs cuts at 45° left, 90° and 45° right, plus intermediate angles. Industry 4.0 ready with network connection, it is the machine for diversified production requiring frequent angle changes within the same cutting list.
