The X, Y, Z axes driven by 750 V brushless motors ensure a rapid speed of 40 m/min and a machining precision of 0.1 mm.
The pneumatic rotation of the worktable from 0°- 90°- 180° and intermediate angles is automatic via CNC programming, with two pneumatic clamps for horizontal profile clamping and two for vertical clamping. It also features a 2-pressure valve for finger anti-crush protection when closing the clamps during profile positioning.
The automatic tool changer with 4 ISO 30 cones allows loading different tools for performing multiple operations on the profile without manual tool changes.
It includes barcode reading for part traceability and a USB port for easy program backup.
Compatible with OMC dust collectors.
