OMC copy routers and drilling machines are manual machines designed to perform milling, recesses and drilling on aluminum and PVC profiles with repeatable precision and a compact footprint.
The role of copy routers and drilling machines in profile processing
In window production, every profile requires milling for handles, recesses for locks, holes for cremone bolts and handles. These operations require consistent precision and repeatability piece after piece. Manual copy routers with copy template allow replicating the same recess on hundreds of profiles while maintaining tight tolerances, without the complexity of a CNC machining center.
Choosing the right copy router
Combined vertical and horizontal machining
The Idra model features two independent heads working vertically and horizontally simultaneously, without the need to rotate the profile. The ideal solution when the production cycle requires both template milling and lateral drilling on the same piece.
Vertical milling with hardware drilling
The PM 103P combines a vertical head for template milling with a 3-point horizontal drilling unit for handle or cremone bolt insertion. It is the most common choice among workshops producing aluminum windows with recessed hardware.
Standard vertical milling
The PM 100S is a manual electropneumatic copy router with template machining and adjustable mist lubrication. Suitable for workshops with standard machining needs and limited volumes.
On-site work or tight spaces
The Micro is the most compact and portable copy router in the range: bench-mounted, suitable for on-site installations and small workshops. Fully manual, it can be upgraded with pneumatic components.
Multiple drilling on uprights
The Bizeta 100 is a double spindle drilling machine with adjustable spacing, designed for multiple drilling on profile uprights. Head descent can be manual or pneumatic.
