Vertical and horizontal machining of aluminum and PVC profiles
IDRA is a manual copy router with two heads for simple and fast machining on the vertical and horizontal axis.
It features 2 copy templates with standard shapes and 4 adjustable probes for 5-8-10 mm diameter cutters.
Custom templates with specific shapes for any need available on request.
The motors, 1.5 HP each, feature CE-compliant two-hand start and deliver a tool speed of 14,000 RPM, allowing light, fast machining with an excellent finish.
During machining, the cutters are constantly lubricated by an adjustable pneumatic mist lubrication system that starts and stops automatically with the operation to avoid coolant waste.
It also features a 2-pressure valve for finger anti-crush protection during profile clamping.
