PM 103P is a copy router for machining aluminum and PVC profiles, with manual head movement and automatic mist lubrication. Works with both copy templates and mechanical stops. The machine is equipped with a 3-point manual drilling unit for handle or cremone bolt insertion.

Mechanical lubrication and manual probes
The PM 103P copy router features two heads, one for vertical template machining and one for horizontal drilling.
The motors deliver 1.5 HP each and start via two buttons as per current CE standards.
The vertical motor develops a spindle speed of 14,000 RPM, while the horizontal motor with 3 drill bits runs at 1,800 RPM.
The cutter, when the motor starts, is constantly lubricated via an adjustable pneumatic mist lubrication system.
It also features a 2-pressure valve for finger anti-crush protection during profile clamping.
A central profile support is also available on request, both manual and pneumatic, to support and hold profiles longer than the machine bed, as well as custom templates with specific shapes.
