Pneumatic Crimping Machines for Aluminum Corner Closing

OMC crimping machines mechanically close aluminum frame corners after assembly, plastically deforming the profile to ensure a tight, stable and long-lasting joint.

The machine works with ISO quick-release knives, compatible with various profile geometries.

The crimping process

Once the profiles are cut at 45° and the corner brackets inserted, the crimping machine applies controlled pressure on the profile fins, bending them against the internal bracket. This operation, called crimping, produces a closed corner without welding or glue, with a precise geometric coupling that prevents joint movement. The corner quality depends directly on the applied force and the geometry of the knives used.

The Jolly model

The Jolly is a fully pneumatic crimping machine with a maximum force of 3,500 kg, cast iron base, pedal feed and quick-release interchangeable knives according to ISO standard. It handles profiles with a maximum height of 120 mm and is compatible with all major profile series on the market. The machine is manufactured in Italy to current CE standards.
