High cutting capacity at fixed grades for profiles and windows
LINCE 550 SPECIAL is equipped with 550 mm carbide-tipped blades with adjustable hydraulic feed and can cut at fixed grades of 22.5°-45°-90° and 135° (Special version only) + intermediate angles with manual mechanical stop and automatic profile thickness compensation on the cutting length.
Head movement and tilting is fully automatic and the mobile head moves via brushless motor.
The CNC is user-friendly, complete with special functions such as undersize, incremental, blunted cuts, wedge cuts and oversize.
With the oversize software system, the machine can cut approximately twice the useful cutting length, fully automatically while maintaining the same precision.
