Very high cutting capacity at fixed grades
MAMMUT 700 is equipped with 700 mm carbide-tipped blades with adjustable hydraulic feed, capable of cutting at fixed grades of 22.5°-45°-90° and 135° (Special version only) + intermediate angles with manual mechanical stop and automatic profile thickness compensation on the cutting length.
Head movement and tilting is fully automatic and the mobile carriage moves via brushless motor.
The CNC is user-friendly, with advanced functions including oversize, undersize, incremental, blunted and wedge cuts.
With the oversize software system, the machine can cut approximately twice the useful cutting length, fully automatically while maintaining the same precision.
Operations can use internal programming, by window type or by importing cutting lists from PC via USB or serial.
