The role of end milling in production
After cutting with a cutting machine, profile ends often have micro-burrs or small imperfections that compromise the precision of the angular coupling. The end milling machine removes a thin layer of material from the profile end, producing a perfectly flat surface perpendicular to the axis. The result is a 45° or 90° joint with no gap, with superior mechanical and aesthetic sealing.

Horizontal end milling with pneumatic feed
The Feroce is the flagship model for large profiles: pneumatic feed, preset angles of 45° and 90°, plus intermediate settings, cutters up to Ø135 mm and 300 mm travel. Ideal for pergolas, curtain walls and industrial profiles with large sections.
Vertical end milling for heavy sections
The Maxima works vertically with pneumatic feed, handling profiles up to 360×120 mm with 400 mm shaft travel. The vertical configuration is preferred for very heavy profiles that position more stably horizontally on the worktop.
Horizontal end milling with metal worktop
The Tigra Metaltop offers manual feed with cutters up to Ø110 mm, fixed grades 45°-90° plus intermediate angles. The metal worktop increases stability during machining. Ideal for profiles of medium section in workshop environments.
Manual entry-level end milling
The Tigra is the most cost-effective model in the range: manual feed, fixed grades 45° and 90° plus intermediate angles, cutters up to Ø110 mm. Designed for workshops processing limited volumes where end milling is an occasional but necessary operation.
