The importance of dust extraction
Cutting aluminum with carbide blades produces a significant amount of chips and fine dust. Without a dedicated extraction system, these residues accumulate on the machine, in the lubrication system and in the work area, compromising cutting precision and operating conditions. A dust collector correctly positioned at the chip exit port collects the material at the moment of generation, before it disperses.
The Aspi model
The Aspi is available in two capacities: 38 liters for single workstations with low volumes, and 100 liters for continuous production or pairing with double head cutting machines. Both models feature a class M polyester filter, cart for mobility and silencing system. The compact dimensions allow direct positioning under the cutting machine or beside it.
