Industry 4.0 Machines for Aluminum & PVC

We manufacture machines that import cutting lists from your ERP system, run continuous unattended cycles, and connect to your network for remote monitoring.

OMC Machinery manufactures cutting machines and CNC machining centers designed for integration into Industry 4.0 production environments.

Industry 4.0 CNC machinery for automated profile production

4.0 Ready at OMC

OMC machines are designed with these requirements in mind: adjustable blade feed, horizontal and vertical pneumatic clamps, automatic lubrication and numerical length stop systems to ensure repeatability on every piece.

CNC cutting machines 4.0 Ready

With electronic tilting (CNC touch screen, 3 brushless axes)

The Mammut 700 Electra is the flagship double head cutting machine: CNC 10" touch screen with 3 brushless axes, 700 mm blades, continuous electronic tilting from 22.5° to 135°. Imports cutting lists via USB or serial. Its very high cutting capacity makes it the choice for pergolas, large windows and doors and industrial profiles.

The Lince 550 Electra features the same 3-axis brushless CNC architecture with 550 mm blades. Same touch screen interface and list import, but designed for standard aluminum and PVC windows at a more cost-effective cost.

With electropneumatic tilting

The Mammut 700 offers the same very high cutting capacity as the Electra version — 700 mm blades — with electropneumatic tilting at fixed grades (22.5°-45°-90°-135°) and CNC with cutting list import via USB. The choice for those working on pergolas and large profiles who want 4.0 readiness without the complexity of electronic tilting.

The Lince 550 / Lince 550 Special combines 550 mm blades with electropneumatic tilting at fixed grades and CNC with list import. Same cutting capacity as the Lince 550 Electra, with simpler automation and a more cost-effective investment. Ideal for aluminum and PVC windows and doors.

The Puma 450 is the most compact model in the 4.0 range: 450 mm blades, electropneumatic tilting at preset angles (22.5°, 45°, 90°) and CNC with cutting list import via USB. Compact footprint and excellent price-quality ratio for window manufacturers and mechanical workshops.

Single head with electronic tilting

The Savia 550/600 AC is the only single head cutting machine in the range with 4.0 readiness. Continuous electronic tilting from -22.5° to +22.5°, 550 or 600 mm blades and CNC for cutting parameter management. The single head configuration makes it suitable for flexible and custom machining, where single precision cuts with frequent angle changes are needed.

Automatic cutting centers 4.0

Multi-angle continuous cycle cutting

The Futura 500 is a multi-angle cutting center that works in continuous cycle without operator. It cuts at 45° left, 90°, 45° right and intermediate angles in automatic sequence. Receives lists via USB or FTP, handles bars over 6 meters and includes remote assistance. Designed for those producing window accessories, crossbars and repetitive components in large volumes.

90° continuous cycle cutting

The Squadra 450-500 is an automatic ascending cutting center with 450 or 500 mm blades, designed for 90° continuous cycle cutting without operator. Equipped with a pneumatic loader, part detection photocell and 4.0 readiness, it cuts window accessories, crossbars, uprights and tubes in series with precision to the tenth of a millimeter. Unlike the Futura 500 which also handles automatic angle changes, the Squadra is the choice for those producing large volumes of 90° fixed-angle pieces with maximum automation at a more cost-effective investment.

CNC machining centers

The Mako is a compact machining center with 3 controlled axes, 90° rotating worktable, 4-position automatic tool changer and 4.0 Ready interface. Simplified graphic macro programming allows operations to start without CAD/CAM knowledge. It machines aluminum and PVC with sections up to 200×200 mm and is designed for window companies wanting to move to CNC with an cost-effective investment.

The Raptor 3000 is the most advanced machining center in the range: 3 motorized axes, 180° rotating worktable, automatic tool changer with ISO 30 cones, 5 HP electrospindle up to 12,000 RPM and CAD/CAM programming on Windows PC. It machines sections up to 200×200 mm and is the only OMC machine that also works stainless steel up to 3 mm. Includes a barcode reader for part traceability.

Choosing the right model

For standard windows with medium volumes: the combination of Lince 550 Electra for cutting and Mako for CNC milling covers the entire cycle with an accessible investment. Both are 4.0 Ready. For a more cost-effective entry into 4.0, the Lince 550 / Lince 550 Special offers the same cutting capacity with electropneumatic tilting.

For pergolas and large-section profiles: the Mammut 700 Electra for cutting and the Raptor 3000 for CNC machining. If you also work stainless steel, the Raptor is the only option in the OMC range. If you mainly work at fixed grades, the Mammut 700 with electropneumatic tilting is the more cost-effective alternative.

For windows with limited volumes and tight budget: the Puma 450 is the most compact and cost-effective 4.0 Ready double head, with 450 mm blades and electropneumatic tilting.
For those working on single profiles with frequent angle changes, the Savia 550/600 AC is the 4.0 Ready single head with continuous electronic tilting.

For high-volume repetitive cutting (accessories, crossbars, 90° components): the Futura 500 works unattended in continuous cycle. For 90° fixed-angle pieces at high volumes, the Squadra 450-500 offers unattended continuous cycle at a more cost-effective investment.
