The role of length stop systems
When cutting profiles to size, the most critical stage is not the cut itself but positioning the profile at the correct measurement before cutting. Without a length stop system, the operator must measure each piece with a tape measure or ruler, with error margins that accumulate piece after piece. A mechanical or electronic length stop eliminates this variable: the profile is pushed against a fixed stop positioned at the desired measurement, and the cut is repeatable within hundredths of a millimeter tolerances.

Electronic length stop with motorized roller conveyor
The Rolly and Metrojet system combines a roller bench for profile loading/unloading with an electronic positioning length stop. The operator sets the measurement on the display and the stop positions automatically. Compatible with any OMC cutting machine, it is the choice for production with frequent measurement changes and medium-high volumes.
Manual length stop on graduated rod
The Metrojet Eco uses a graduated rod with manual cursor and mechanical locking. It offers the same loading/unloading structure as the electronic model but at a significantly lower investment. The choice for workshops with limited volumes or as a complement to existing cutting machines.
