Single head cutting machines compared

Nine models compared by blade diameter, feed type and special cuts. A practical guide based on profile section, production volume and budget.
Single head cutting machines compared

In this comparison we analyze the key differences to help you choose the model best suited to your profile type, production volume and budget: from the most cost-effective manual versions to the more advanced electronic models, including ascending machines for special cuts.

Front-blade cutting machines with pneumatic tilting

Ronda 700

The Ronda 700 is the single head with the highest cutting capacity: 700 mm blade, pneumatic tilting at fixed angles (22.5°-45°-90°) with manual stop for intermediate angles. Adjustable hydraulic feed, mist lubrication. The choice for those cutting large-section profiles — pergolas, curtain walls, large windows — on a single head machine.

Giobi 600

The Giobi 600 has the same features as the Ronda but with a 600 mm blade. Suitable for industrial profiles that don't require the maximum cutting capacity of the 700 mm version.

Bifra 550 A

The Bifra 550 A: 550 mm blade with pneumatic tilting, adjustable hydraulic feed. A robust, straightforward machine for industrial profiles at a competitive investment.

TR 450 A / 500 A

The TR 450 A / 500 A is the most affordable electropneumatic model: 450 or 500 mm blade, pneumatic tilting at 45°-90° with manual intermediate stop, adjustable hydraulic feed. Outstanding value for money for window manufacturers needing a reliable, everyday cutting machine.

Front-blade cutting machines with manual tilting

TR 450-500

The TR 450-500 is the manual version of the TR 450 A / 500 A: same blade, same cutting capacity, but with manual tilting and lever feed. The most cost-effective choice for workshops with limited volumes.

TR400M

The TR400M has 400 mm blade with manual tilting at 45°-60°-90° and double tilting for pyramidal cuts. A niche machine for operations that other single heads can't perform.

Electronic cutting machine

Savia 550/600 AC

The Savia 550/600 AC is the only single head with continuous electronic tilting (-22.5° to +22.5°) and CNC for automatic parameter management. 550 or 600 mm blade with hydraulic feed. 4.0 Ready with cutting list import. The choice for those needing precision and repeatability on a single head with frequent angle changes.

Ascending cutting machines

Italia 700

The Italia 700 is an ascending cutting machine with 700 mm blade, visualized manual tilting, automatic pneumatic intermediate stop and adjustable hydraulic feed. The maximum cutting capacity in the ascending range, ideal for large windows and pergolas.

Furia 400

The Furia 400 is an ascending machine with 400 mm blade, available in manual or automatic feed. Fixed angles 45°-90°-180°, ability to cut curved profiles. A versatile machine for special operations and non-standard profiles.

How to choose

  • Large sections (pergolas, curtain walls): Ronda 700 or Italia 700.
  • Standard windows, medium volume: TR 450 A / 500 A (best value) or Giobi 600.
  • Maximum precision with electronic tilting: Savia 550/600 AC.
  • Limited budget: TR 450-500 (manual).
  • Pyramidal or special cuts: TR400M or Furia 400.
