Types of tools
Cutters for copy routers
Single-flute and standard cutters are available in HM, HSS and TiCN, with 6, 8 and 10 mm shanks. Single-flute versions are suited for aluminum and light alloys, where the single cutting edge produces cleaner chip evacuation. Two-flute versions in HM and TiCN are designed for ferrous materials and stainless steel, where greater wear resistance is needed.
Circular blades for cutting machines
HM circular blades are available in all diameters compatible with OMC cutting machines, from Ø400 to Ø700 mm. Alternating-tooth versions for aluminum and PVC, shaped versions for specific profiles. Silenced versions available on request for noise reduction. Tell us your machine model and we'll recommend the right capacity.
Cutter assemblies for end milling machines
Pre-assembled HM cutter groups for Feroce, Maxima, Tigra Metaltop and Tigra end milling machines. Compatible with profiles from any extruder brand. Send us your profile code — we also manufacture custom knives.
